I have had some problem with mine but they have been worked out. One issue was the seat sounded like a old rocking chair but they replaced the mounting tracks and all is well again. The alarm would go off every time I opened the door but they seem to have corrected that also. Had one CEL due to some valve getting stuck but again, they fixed it. The car rides on rails at 100+ and is an absolute blast to drive. Over 5k miles now and lovin it. My only gripe is fuel costs. Being premium only at 3.50/gal. and me often getting 18-20MPG (once hit 14mpg) it does get costly. As they say, your mileage will vary, all depends on how fast you wanna go. Gotta pay to play!
As for mods, only did the CAI from Mazda so far and for my first one ever, I did ok. Sounds good and definitely improves the zoom zoom!
