question about vtcs and porting

Do i have to remove these also to remove the vtcs? or just the fronts ones are good enough.

Also how much do i have to port on the intake mainfold until i know it's done.

Leave the inner ones, those are the VICS. The VTCS plates or at the end of the mani where it bolts to the head.

I wouldn't hog it out too much, you can contact MPNick, he has done a few and he knows his s*** when it comes to heads and IM's
