Question About Sparco Shift Knobs

Hi i was wondering if anybody knew where you could get this bottom metal piece under this Sparco Shiftknob? I currently have the shiftknob, but w/o the metal piece under it between the shiftknob and the shiftboot. Here is a picture of what im talking about.

this is a picture of the regular shiftknob w/o the metal piece. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Should of came w/ the knob. Did you buy it used or new?
