Well about 3 months ago i had a test pipe and CBE instaled and since then hade a little blue smoke when idle. Im sure its oil getting past the turbo seals. I've heard people putting 5w40 oil in and helps ( most cases) so i had the oil changed today well i still have it. any ideas on this. Again smoking started after test pipe and CBE install. Thanks.

thanks man i might try this can you send me a Pic of where the PCV is or where this would go. or is it say in the kit on the MS6. Thank a lot man was hoping i didn't have to put my @nd cat back in.

Here you go.

Picture 1: Overall view of the engine bay, circled area that is enlarged in second picture
Picture 2: Where the part goes. Remove the hose from the fitting, slide in the part, replace the hose. Real easy.

Hope this helps!

thanks i'm going to order that this week. i'll try almost anything to stop this. i hate having a nice are and there is smoke coming out of it and getting looks.

I just purchased a 2006 MS6 3 weeks ago and had to take it in to the dealer for the same problem yesterday. Sitting at a drive-thru had white smoke blowing from the car. They replaced the oil with 5W-40 synthetic and said that this has fixed most of the problems that they were having. The dealer said that if it continued to smoke that they would replace the turbo, we will see. Hopefully that fixes the problem. They also had to replace the AC belt tensioner, and do an alignment as it was pulling hard to the right. Just got it back today so I am hopeful that all is well.

Well, if it comes up again, try the fix that I posted before you turn it in to the dealer again. I let my car idle for about half an hour last night and I had zero smoking. That's in 40 degree weather, 5w30 in the engine, and a catless Corksport exhaust (because I'm hardcore like that. :P )

I'm still on the original turbo, as well.
