Question about Legality of Corksport exhaust

I have the 2010 Mazda 3 2.0L standard, and say I wanted to go ahead and order this exhaust. What would I need to do to ensure I can get it smogged? Do I need to buy the Racepipe+hiflow along with this exhaust, or is it legal to put on and get smogged just how it is, in California.

The exhaust does not have a carb # so is it not legal in california. We do have customer who are running the exhaust in california though and we haven't heard of someone getting too much grief from the man.

The way to avoid any problems with cats is to get the cat back version which would connect up after both of the stock cats.
