Hello, I'm new here. Seems like it's a bit of a challenge to find the most current firmware for my 2017 cx5 in order to install the new hub I just bought, so I'm not gonna just outright ask for it (although I'd love it if it miraculously fell in my lap) My current OS is 70.00.367 NA N and from my understanding, I can't install the new hub and use carplay on this version.
I previously owned a 2016 cx5 that was on an earlier firmware version and updated that one to 70.00.335C and I was able to install the hub and use carplay. I still have the update file for 335C, so my question is would rolling back my current 2017 cx5 firmware from 367 to 335C allow me to install the new usb hub/use carplay? and is it even possible to roll back? and if so are there risks?
Sidenote: If anyone has some advice as to how I can acquire the newer 74 firmware that'd greatly appreciated as well
