[Q]Oil in intercooler

So I looked into my intercooler and noticed oil in there, not enough to pour out also my intake manifold coated with oil carbon inside while the throttle body was off. I'm assuming my turbo is going bad or my return line is clogged.. but I have no clue which one is my feed/return line. I know where my coolant lines are.

Bottom of turbo, is this the return?
