Anyone ever stop in or have any experience with Pure-Tuning In Toledo on Secor and 475? I found them on Cobb Tunings website under dealers/tuners. Was looking to get a tune done on my MS3 with my Accessport this summer possibly, looking for anyone who's heard about or been there. They have a store front and over full service along with chassis dyno. Plus its 5 mins around the corner from where I work.

Sounds like a winner to me.
I'll have to etune as I don't think we have a shop like that around here... at least not for VT.

I know a couple of the autoxers. in the Toledo area use them to tune the cars, never really asked about them though

Get an E-tune through someone on MSF. Stratified, Dizzy, Perm, ect. $200 for a Tune, plus $50 for another Map if you want to run e85. Can't go wrong.

I've actually contemplated that, waiting till I get a downpipe to get tuned, till then Im just using OTS maps for now. E85 is also another possibility cause I'm unsure if I wanna run meth injection...

I don't know about their ability to tune MS3s but this what the STi guys are saying about Pure Tuning: http://www.iwsti.com/forums/ecu-tuning-performance-electronics/236850-looking-pro-tune-ohio.html

I guess the long story short is based on the recommendations in that thread and a couple others I've read, I am planning on road tripping my STi to EFI in Connecticut or P&L in Chicago when it's time for a pro-tune. A tune at P&L would be $500 plus gas money to get out there.

I'm going to default to Jake though when it comes to the MS3 though and making big power. :D

I just read through all 10 pages on there. I read 4 good things about Pure tuning and 1 neutral review since he had some problem which couldn't be attributed solely to pure tuning.
