Purchased from Protege Garage?

yes, used frequently in the mazda community, specially california peoples.
i'll be honest, they are really hit or miss. they either fill your order and ship immedietly with great prices, or the complete opposite, ignore the order, take the money and forget to ship...

Idk why, but you will find customers on both sides of this, its pretty much 50/50.
Still, id say they are more reliable than randos on ebay at least *shrug*.
 
Really. I placed an order for a Test Pipe, the status states that its shipped and that I would receive a URL for a tracking number. Hence, I have not received it yet and apparently there isn't much of a way to get in touch with them. Any suggestions?

i know PG also has reps on forums, idk bout here, but on 6crew i believe.
they must have at least one method of communication for customers.
 
I went into the contact section and attempted to send them a message, but it stated that it failed. I cant even find an email address for them. Would you have any kind of contact info on them?

So it turns out that the Test Pipe was delivered on the 5th and my apt complex never told me I had a package........So I commend Protege garage for great service and highly recommend them to anyone.
 
i love the site alot dont get me wrong here but its been over a month and my cobb ap and spark plugs havent come in yet i emailed protege garage but they havent gotten back to me yet.

Never had a problem with PG. Ken is definatly an upstanding guy. Any problems you have, he does his best to fix the problem as soon as he gets a chance. Just understand that he deals with a lot of folks, but you can tell he does his best...
 
aye, ill lend a disclaimer...
what i mentioned about PG earlier is purely from what i've been told.
no first hand experience. thus far i havent dealt with them yet so i have no real opinion either way...

nice to see their forum rep letting us know they trying to greatly improve communication and overall business methods!!
