Naw lol, its (WeaDD's) from the forum. He was talking about how everyone had short shifter's, so he went the opposite LOL

Not really a workout but the gears do feel like they're a foot apart.

i mean the closer you have the shifter to the height of your steering wheel the more effecient it is, take a look at rally cars. that right there is excesive tho.

Oh yea forgot to mention that the Red RX-7 had a V8 swap as well, it was Hella Loud when he fired it up!

rally cars have sequential gear boxes. it doesn't matter how long that lever is, because all they do is push and pull on the lever in one axis. this one does. Although you can make this one a short shifter too since a short shift depends on where the pivot is located and not by the length of the physical shifter.

Exactly. But you could get some SERIOUS leverage with weaDD's shifter.
