im going with an ebay intercooler for sure, i was looking at something a little bigger tho.

idk this might have to wait until summer, i have emissions in may and im not sure how im going to pass.. :(

Find a hook up! lol

Or smog early. I got a 7"x28"x2.5" intercooler core, does me great and fills up the grille opening up nicely. Any bigger and you'll be getting some lag.

yeah i was looking for something to cover the lower grille, im going with the 7x28x2.5 also.

i wish i could, that would be great, emissions is such a pain in the ass. what do you mean by smog early?

how should i go about getting that oil return fitting into a used oil pan? any input on this would help a bunch, im in the dark..

just looked today and the Brake booster is actually 11/32", i think i said something else the first time but i got it right this time

and to the oil return, get a -10AN weld bung and have it/weld it your self to the oil pan once you drilled a hole in the pan
thats what i did with mine, it works fine so far

Yeah, drill and weld like he said, shouldn't have any issues. You want it was high and as much on the driver side as possible but be sure to clear any bolts u will have to screw into the pan and make sure u have room to actually screw the oil return line on.

and make sure u have enough line to actually bend the oil line to turn it towards the oil pan

i only got a foot of SS line and man, it was a pain in the ass to get it on the pan

oh ok, that makes sense. i thought it was something along those lines.

that is what im putting in the oil pan and my return line is.. its really hard to bend so i want it as close if not directly below the trubo drain flange.

would you guys mind putting a picture of the location of it on the oil pan?

lol wow, i just ordered almost that exact stuff to change up my oil drain setup

but yea that stuff looks good, if u buy that hi temp hose then tht shouldnt be hard to bend, just get 2 feet to make sure you can cut it to size

and no, i have the stock PCV and no problems really

lol, i only have a foot.. hopefully it works out. looks like it should be plenty but we will see.

i was thinking more location to the front of the oil pan, but the drivers side?

are people forgetting that continuously upload new pictures to the first page?

oh, i havent even checked the 1st page lol

but i foot should be fine, not really the drivers side, mine is weldin on in between two of the bolts towards the drivers side
its still on the side facing the front but as far that way as i could get it

aslo be sure to test fit before welding, i got lucky on mine, i only have like 2mm of clearance on my Corksport S pipe

damn, this is going to require more down time than i expected. i will have to take it to a shop for welding..

where can i find a -10 weld bung?

As you can see, I used a SS oil return line over a rubber one but man is it a pain in the ass if the line is too long, SS doesn't like to flex a whole lot.
