Protege wheels

i have a new mazdaspeed protege and i was thinking of painting the wheels bronze. I just want to get other peoples opinons whether i should do this or not.

how is painting wheels different from installing a custom stereo or an exhaust?

bronze sounds like it might look interesting. i know a guy who has a silver WRX w/ bronze wheels, it's definitely eye-catching.
