post up pix of your lowered protege!!!!

i dont care what brand they are, but i would like a little more substance in my wheel wells. 225/45-16 was the stock size on the SRT-4 ACR Neon.
My point is that its a fairly rare size. 225/50 is stock on FDs, as well as Grand Ams, and a few other cars, which are far more common than ACR Neons. (Interestingly enough, the tires I bought came off of an ACR)

bah, 225/50 is too ballonish for me. i have to find some 245/40's :D

what width wheel are you running, and how do you plan to fit a 245 tire in the back? lol

that was a joke.

i have FD's with 3mm spacers, just like someone else around here... who was that again?

thats why i was asking about the 225/45's.

I am not happy about the drop in the back of my protege. I lowered the vehicle with M2 springs, and i got it slammed in the front, but the back is still too high. What can I do to lower my lowered springs? Any ideas? My ride is not bumpy at all, and I have no rubbing btw.

m2 springs are lowering springs that i found on ebay on the cheapie..i havent heard of them, and no one posted anything on them. So i was tempted to be the one to try it. I must admit, i am more than happy with the drop in the front, however, i have no clue why the rear only dropped like an inch. The ride is not bumpy at all. I heard kybs were the best, so i said what the heck, and i bought those. as soon as i get get better pics and upload them to a site (someone recommend one please!!) with better resolution, i will.

Maybe they arent the best, but I have no complaints at all. It was supposed to drop the front 1.5 in and rear about 2 inches. but i think i got alot more in the front than i expected, and not enough in the back. Any ideas on how to lower a lowered protege?

sure you have the springs in the right places?

and you have a couple options:

cut springs (ghetto and not a good plan)
swap springs to something better
