this FC is SICK...

i have much to learn

your shots are definitely improving. you are obviously into night shots... are you using a tripod? some of your shots are ruined because they are coming out fuzzy. you need a steadier camera or a faster shutter speed if you are shooting hand held.

hmmm... if you are using a tripod it shouldn't matter how long the exposure is, it will still come out crisp(assuming your subject is not moving!). problems could be: if your tripod/camera is too light(read: cheap) then it can be affected by any breeze/wind, bump, vibrations. also could be affected by you actually pressing the shutter release. be gentle, or use the timer so that you are not actually touching the camera when the shutter goes off. outside of that, just try to use the fastest shutter speed you can get away with if you can control it on your camera.

i adjust the speed to whatever will satisfy my light meter to be at 0.

someone suggested timer.
i should, but when the pic already takes a full 30seconds sometimes + another 10 and people driving around wondering what the heck im doin.
hah
i will deff try it, i also try to keep an eye out for enclosed parking lots with the crisp white lighting, i hate yellow. that was just where i happened to be tonight
