I think early 90's clear was hit or miss. Later 90's, towards 2000, IIRC laws changed on materials used for clear and lots of manufacturers failed miserably. My 1990 Cherokee had great clear on everything but the metal fenders. My friend's 97/98 corolla looked like it took and acid bath

I wouldn't go so far as to say it's gay but I've definitely lost the "desire" for RHD. Especially considering that I drove them in Afghanistan. They were even stick shift. Granted they weren't sporty cars they were HiLux Surfs but still. I'd be terrified driving RHD in a fast car. Grinding the s*** out of gears and smacking my hand on the door panel looking for shifter.
