it does, exept he has volk wheels, its lowered, and has his licence plate on the front. lol.. oh and i have my moldings off..
i wana put my licence plate on the front, but i dont want to put holes in the damn bumper.......(sigh)

nice!! I am actually looking for the same lip for my protege, around here there are a lot of junk yards and I can get it cheap but I haven't been lucky since I went to a couple of them and they only had the side skirts and rear lip not the front.

I didn't want to either. Search "license plate relocator" on ebay. It should be about $15. It is an L bracket so the holes go into the top lip of the grill opening, so they can't be seen.

thanks. suspension is tokico HP handling kit. (tokico blue's with tokico springs) i "think" i remember it being a 1.5" drop in the front, and 1.75" drop in the rear. i measured the ride height before and after the installation, but i've been on it so long i cant remember what the numbers were.
