Ok. Double check test pipe connections for exhaust leak. That i'd definitely check for sure. Also, get rid of that BPV..please.. I'm going to be pissed if you put your stocker back on and start magically seeing 15psi+. There's a lot of damn ports on that XLE BOV. I can only imagine something is leaking there or not holding.
Another easy test you can try. Try letting your car idle, then pull the vacuum hose off the BPV. Your idle should immediately start to chug and bog. That's a good thing. According to Turbosmart, you can check to see if a vacuum line is messed up by doing this. If it continues to idle just fine without vacuum properly plugged in, there definitely is a problem.
