Possible Dyno Days Meet??

Trying to see if we can get a dyno day for us. Ken may be able to get us a good rate, So who ever may be interested post up. I figure we can make a meet of it, so the guys who arent going to Dyno could chill and watch the rest of us.

your car pushes 220?? This whole time I thought it was all show and no go!! lol
I have no clue where the Dyno place would be. I posted in ProtegeGarages section asking if he has anything set up. Ken asked me to post here and if we got a list going he could set something up. I'm sure he has a great working relationship with at least one Chicagoland Dyno....He's Ken. Who doesn't love him...?
So let's get thius list going and see what numbers were putting down so we can tweak them over the winter.

There is a dyno here in Plainfield - I know the owner pretty well (and help him out from time to time). I could probably get him to swing a deal - though I know he has another dyno day coming up two Saturdays from now - Solstice/Sky. Speaking of which, he has a Solstice that is doing 375whp. . .crazy. The shop also does V8 conversions in them, but I digress. Anyway, he had an RX-8 dyno day down here a couple months ago, so I'm sure he'd be game. It is an all wheel drive Mustang dyno by the way.

my uncles rx8 put down 490 whp last time. not sure on the torque. should be up to about 505 soon

Twin turbo?? Was I just not paying attention at the last meet I went to? Maybe I was just focused on the Dubs and the Kid on the bike! LOL

I know I wasn't lose'n it!
I would be at more meets but my work schedule absolutly sucks. ER nursing isn't just a job it's a lifestyle. Plus someone has to keep the drug dealers alive after they'd been shot so they can keep selling. If not I'd have no drug overdosed patients to save. Then the Hospital closes cause we have no patients. Then the government has to figure out what to do with all the extra public aid money that isn't being used on drugs...See It's a vital job in todays economy. A missed day could disrupt the entire economy...Even more then George W. himself.....Wait that would impossible!!

I had my Evo dynoed at P&L a couple of years back. They are pretty accomidating, but the dyno wasn't working all that great that day.(scratch)

Cool thanks Ken. About how much does it normally run? I've never dyno'd before.

Depending on the number it is usually $50-80 on average for most dyno days.
