Possesed lights or......?

So we went out to dinner and took my lil' sis's 2006 MZ6. while on the freeway both to and from the restaurant the interior dome lights came on sporadically and the door ajar light in the IP came on. all doors were secure and the lights just flashed onn and the right off. I looked for a recall or TSB on this issue, but didn't find any. I double checked the latches and the little button that turns off the light on all the doors and they seem to be operating correctly. has anyone experienced this and if so, what did it end up being? She'll mention it to the dealer at the next oil change, but I'm wondering if anyone else has come across this issue... thanks for the help

Sounds like a loose wire somewhere between one of the 4 door switches and the body control module.

:iagree: sounds like a loose wire.

I have seen over the years many a door switch go though, looks like it's working properly, but then you wiggle it just the right way and it cuts in and out. Very annoying, but easy to replace.
