Poor dealership in Nashville

I have always liked Mazda and believed they are well built.
BUT Alexander Mazda makes this sale a horrible experience.
It was suppose to be certified, yet many problems were still existing.
It took Alexander over a week just to TRY to detail and clean the car. And I got it back dirty and damaged.

Three months later there is front end problems, and again my car is at dealership over a week!!

Mazda is great cars But look at other dealerships for peace of mind

Dan, Try to get an audience with the GM, even if you bought it "AS IS". Make a list of all your issues in descending order of importance and calmly go over them with the guy. You might be able to get some results. Don't give up too quickly...Best wishes!
