please help CAI and new EXHAUST

question because i am looking to add noticable acceleration.
i see that many people have injen CAI for thier 2.0.
this coupled with a cat back or other exhaust, do you get a realistic HP gain, and can you notice it (have many seconds does it shave off your 0-60 time).
and
are the optional exhausts availablr from mazda (Their are 2, the MP3 exhaust upgrade and a mazdaspeed exhaust for n/a protege's) a viable choice to move the added air with the new intake?.
i hear that with the mazda exhausts, you get no compression loss cause because of a perfect fit.
i would like to add MAZDA parts first if they are viable.

It will only take fractions of seconds off your 0-60. I would reccomend going with a full cat-back instead of the Mazda one if your going after more HP.

with the CAI, I notice a little peek at 4000RPM (cuz I remove it for winter, so I notice its missing even more). As far as exhaust goes, a single muffler wont give u anything. U need a full catback to notice something.

Even with both the CAI and Cat-Back, it wont shave a lot of time on the 0-60, but it will be even more fun to drive! If u want to shave time, for the same price, change the flywheel.
