Plastic Cover near Left Foot on Drivers Side - Keep Kicking it Off, ugh!

Sorry, I'm a chick so I'm not going to act like I know a lot about cars. And I'm not sure where this question should go so I'm posting here, hopefully that's okay.

I'm just wondering if anyone else has an issue with accidentially kicking off/open the plastic cover near your left foot on the drivers side? I think it's were there are fuses, etc. This has happened probably four times now and it drives me nuts!

i have taken that panel off on purpose to just take a look at how the fuses are setup when i first got the car, since then i haven't touched it, and never had any problems with it being kicked off
