My best friend got the Prince Albert...He has had it for a few years...

Yes, you will walk funny for a few days. You will have to wear a bandage and a rubber glove over your penis for a few months (I think they told him six months).

That means everytime you pee, you have to remove rubber glove, remove bandages, pee. Clean yourself throughly, apply new bandage and cover in new rubber glove.

On top of that you have to sit down to pee unless you want to pee all over yourself and the toilet etc...

After a few years of wearing the piercing and having sex with it in, he stretched the hole to the point where the jewelry fell out on more than one a occasion.

One anecdotal tale is that one day he was at his wife's parent's house. The jewelry fell out of his penis and fell down his pant leg onto his boot. It fell off his boot onto the floor. A few hours later, his sister-in-law walks up to him and asks if the jewelry is his. He said yes, grabbed it and rushed into the bathroom. Sister-in-law watches after him confused as to why he had to go to the bathroom to put the jewelry back on.

So, you must also continually move up the gauge jewelry scale as you use it, because the hole will naturally over time stretch.

I have thought about getting this doen, but my wife absolutely wouldn't let me. Well, now she is no longer a part of my life, so the consideration is there again. Only thing is, it will suck having to sit down to pee while I'm at work.

A frenum is probably what I would get first if I wanted to get a genital piercing. I beleive that is what Diane described her guy as having.

BTW I have both ear lobes pierced @ 4g (stretched), my tongue @ 10g, my nipple @ 8g and a helix to helix industrial @ 14g. I've read a LOT about body piercing, so I am sharing some experience with some learned knowledge.

I've read many experiences by people who have a PA and this is a first for me. Six months? You'd be lucky if your dick didn't fall off! I've heard people doing similar to what you described for a couple of days until it stopped bleeding, just to catch the blood. A new piercing should be kept clean, and open to the air so that it can heal. A rubber glove would be a perfect environment to breed bacteria.

I think maybe you heard wrong on this one.

This is true. Especially with a genital (soft tissue) piercing. Over time your piercing will either stretch out or will tear (16g jewelery). But once it is fully healed and to the size you want it to be (6g for example) all you have to do is take it out occasionally and let it start to close. Some people leave the jewelery out over night as an example.

I'm not sure I can actually say why I like body piercing. But I do. I love the experience of getting it done, the healing and the having. It isn't the pain that is attractive to me...maybe it is being able to will through the pain? I don't know.

I've had my nipple pierced for almost 10 years now (self done ) and I absolutely love it. For me it didn't change in sensation that I can tell, it just made me more aware of my nipple One word of warning about nipple piercing...depending on the qauge you are pierced at (or end up at) your nipples will increase in size in proportion to the gauge of the jewelery, and this is not totally reversable if you take the jewelery out. 12g (what I would consider a minimum) won't make a HUGE difference, but 6g certainly does! Also your nipples will always be hard (which is a cool side effect ).

Get it done, and post pictures!

I have 2 in each one of my ears, and that's it. I have however been with someone that has had one... it was nice. I like piercings on guys tho, I think that it shows some kind of "hardass" persona or something I love it... I am not brave enough to have any more tho... no thanks

Ok guys if i can work up the nerve i will do it. If i tell my wife not to let me back down, she wont let me back down. I will definitly get the tongue done, and take pics after it heels (ill be away from my computer for two weeks after i get it done. I talked to her about my PA, but i think she is nervous about it. Also she said that i might be walking funny for a few days and doesnt want to try and explain it to her grandparents, but yet my tongue is going to be swallon for some strange reason.

I want to get my nips done. but im going to wait until i get back into the gym and get my stomach down and my pecs bigger. I need some more tattoos

Be careful though...Greg says the PA really hurts...the one he got (frenum) is a lot easier to deal with and is in nearly the same spot, only it doesn't have to pierce the flesh, just skin...think about it.

I probably am wrong...It's been a few years since he got his done, so I don't remember exactly what he went through. It's not my job to keep track of his penis...

If you are good at giving head it may help...but this really depends on the woman on the receiving end. If you aren't good at giving head, it probably won't do you any good and may infact make it worse.

It isn't magic. And placement (how far forward on your tongue) will effect how 'easy' it is to use. My placement is far back, so most times it does not even come into play unless I do some tongue gymnastics

I personally wouldn't get a tongue piercing to enhance oral pleasure as I think it is a dubious aid at best. But that is just me

There are some common cautions you should consider before getting this done. It is pretty common for people to bite the barbell and break a tooth (I personally haven't had this happen in the 5 years I had it done). Gum erosion can be an issue as well, this has a lot to do with placement. The bottom ball of the barbell constantly resting and hitting the bottom of your gums can cause the gums to recede. Not pleasant. It can change your speach slightly (or not so slightly I suppose), I have a slight problem when saying three several times in a row. Everyone is a little different.

When I got mine done I had a solid week of my tongue being seriously swelled up. To the point I talked like an idiot, unless I spoke VERY slow. Ice chips are your friend. I'd say it is pretty common to be swollen from 1 to 2 weeks. So if you talk a lot for a living you might want to time this one while on vacation. I'd say it will be a couple of months before it is healed enough to engage in oral sex, and you really should avoid kissing as well.

Talk to a (good) piercer they should tell you what the healing time is going to be like, how best to clean and heal it and the pros and cons of having it.

I wouldn't get two piercings at the same time either. That could be too much stress on your body. Besides, do you really want your wang and your mouth to hurt at the same time??

Another thing to consider is that not everyone's anatomy can accept every type of piercing...or that it will be practical. Being cut or uncut MAY change what piercing is best.

ive only have my ears done right now and they were done with starte studs. but your right im going to hold off on the PA and make sure the tongue turns out alright first. ya i now that ice chips and listerine are going to be my friends for a long time. but i am doing it now cause im going on vacation for two weeks, by the time i get back to work my tongue should be good. thax for the all the help and advice man.
