Pics of My 2000 Protege w/ kit

The DX sticker is coming off when I take the glue off. As for painting the handles and mirrors, that is in the near future.

Man I can't stand having the Eibachs just sitting in my room in their box. Tomorrow is going to be the longest day at work ever. Once they are on the interior project begins. (Waves goodbye to a couple grand) Silver and black. Nuff said.

I am first going to recover the seats in silver and black leather. Everything main will be painted silver while most accents, like the dash surround will be black.

I told ya once, I will tell ya again .. sweet ride..

btw: when they installed the rear bumper , did they take off the bumper support .. Your rear bumper looks really short.. I don't think it is like that stock ...

on another note. I saw that you took the side molding off...
that looks sweet. just gotta ditch that dx sticker ... mazda and their damn dx's ..

Yes I think they did take off the support. Just bought some Goof Off, this stuff works awesome, it takes the glue off so easily.

Thanks to everyone who suggested the removal of the molding. I have to admit it looks much cleaner without that big black strip.

WHICH erebuni rear valence is that? do you know if you can buy just that without the whole kit?

and I think you should leave your door handles and mirrors black

further events to be posted as they warrant

Erebuni Shogun 922 is the style. Yes the bumper can be purchased seperately for $250 from nopi. Now that the molding is gone I think I have decided to keep the mirrors black and still undecided on the handles. I guess I will go with the majority on that one.

Springs were supposed to go on today, but as always something came up that took my time from it. Wednesday is now the day.

Further events are definately to come so check back often.

Go with what YOU like :)

I tried my best at a photo-chop ... I don't know how dark your front window tint really is though..

have a look:

Thinking of a style change in the wheels. I am considering these for my car. Do you think it would look cool with gunmetal wheels?

edit: And please no horror stories about wheelmax, lets keep this thead about the car. Thanks.

I actually liked it with the black handles, mirrors, AND side moldings. Made it a little more unique. Oh well. Still looks good.
