The best way to do it would be to take the picture with her there, and without her there (use a tripod). That way you can do the blur, then put your GF in a separate layer on top. After that you just need to create the shadow (which is the toughest part). This can be done by creating a third layer that contains her shadow and changing it to "darken" or "burn" and adding a little blur.

obviously, the best way would be to take a shot of the car first, then take a shot of her, in front of a white wall regular and naked, then take the shot of the car into photoshop, put it on the bottom layer and blur it a little bit.. then put a second layer, paste the pic of her regular and crop out all the dead white space and delete, next take the pic of her naked and email it to me.
