phone video help

tryin to put vids from my motorola v3x 2.0mp phone onto my vaio laptop but I cant view the vids cause it's in a .3gp file or something of the like. I dont know wtf to download or do. any suggestions?

well, mine can be viewed in quicktime & I have a RZR too so try that. the only problem is I cant upload them to many hosting places due tot he file type...
