Paypal AUGH

Anyone else having issues with paypal? I cant even sign in on the computer but my phone is working. Been like this for a week.... getting annoying.

I sign in and it makes me change the password and make new security stuff
and then i get to a point where it says Sorry — your last action could not be completed
and then i try it again and it does it over and over

Called paypal and they said they have been having the issues with some account and the guy fixed it on their end. FINALLY on paypal again. Now to send money D:
