so i am thinking about finally getting a bluetooth kit for my car. i was thinking about a parrot system and was wondering if anyone has any experience with their products.
the one i was interested in was the MKi9100 (linked below). i was thinking about mounting the screen where that little coin slot is next to the shifter. does anyone make a replacement for that segment of console without the coin slot?

There's one with a color LCD screen to, but as I am planning on getting a navigation system and a radar detector in the near future, I thought another screen might be a bit much on the windshield LOL

Hey, i installed parrot bluetooth ls3200 into the mazda, it works perfectly, i had problems installing it because i needed 2 harnesses in order to avoid cutting factory wires. Illl try to upload some pics of how it looks on the car, i think i found the most perfect place for this color screen, you can barely see the wires inside the car, the only wireu can see is comin out of the ashtray so u cant even see it. again pm for pics so i dont forget.
thanks

The Parrot is nice ONLY if you don't have the GT Bose system. If you do, you have to buy a harness to work with the AMP and the harness was $175 the last time I checked.

If you don't get the harness, then you have to know someone really good with stereo installations and knows how to build a system that will work with the Bose. There is a gain issue or something sorry but don't remember details on the issue.

The harness makes it plug and play though.

When I went to Circuit City last Saturday, all their Parrot Bluetooth systems were 60% off - down to 80 bucks. I think they go down every week they are still there so might be something to check out at your local place. But word of warning, there are no returns there so once its yours its yours, broken/malfunctioning or not.
