Painting Upper and lower grill

im trying to find out info on how to remove the lower grill on an 02 sedan..

im painting them a dark silver.. just to add a little touch to the grill.. but still keep the definition the stock black grill makes..

the upper one is not a problem its just the lower one that im trying to figure out..
