paint removal

I had overspray on my car when I bought it about 2 weeks ago. I had a local car wash remove it for 150 bucks. When I got the car back it looked awesome but after a day of rain I started to see all these scratches. I know it is from the car wash because they definatley werent there before. I took it back and they claim they didnt do it and the scratches were always there. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

If you didn't mention it at the car wash when you claimed it happened, you're most likely SOL.

How bad are the scratches? If they're not deep they can probably be polished out.

get TFP! (total; finish protection) they don't sell it in stores but i got the # to call for it, i'll post it later, it's incredible, they have like a wax type thing you use every 3-4 months, and then they also sell a compound for removing scratches, as well as a rain shield that is incredible, i barely use my wipers any more...
