P5 -> MSP interior conversion

So I got home with the car full of MSP interior parts and decided to do the easy things before going to bed. Cup holders, in. Only problem, they rise up more than the stock ones. Just have to get use to it. Gauges, in. Only problem, my odometer use to say 28328 and now says 9182... I hope Hine Mazda will roll it forward for me... LOL. Then the front seats. They are finally in. Either the frames got bent somewhere between the crash to my house, or they are different than P5. Cuz they were a b**** to line up the bolt holes. But I got them in. Now the only problem is there is sand in the tracks when moving the seats back and forth, sounds bad but I'm going to try to use a can of air on them and see if that helps. So, besides the few little things that can be taken care of, I'd say so far so good! Pics coming tomorrow if you guys really need them.

Tomorrow: Steering wheel...I hope.
Tomorrow or later: Back seat(this one looks like it's going to be a pain...)

The stock P5 seats make good gaming chairs. Low to the ground, comfortable, and adjustable. Time for sleep...

Sure did. Pedals are lost somewhere but I'm sure that will work out. All I need is floormats, doorsills, and shift knob(although I'd rather have a different one).

??? Don't know. I think I'm the only one that cares about interior. Everyone else wants mo powa. Sure I'd like a little more horses to the ground, but I wouldn't squeeze it out of this car. Just buy a Volvo S60. If I really cared, I would have bought a hi-boost turbo instead of the sound system. Alright, I'm really going to bed this time. I'm dead tired...

not true.. I wanted to do that conversion too... but looked into it.. and going from an LX interior to a FULL MSP interior is a HELL of a lot of parts to change.... probably be easier if I had an ES to start with.... but cool to see someone else actually try it

Just come to my work tardo!!! I'll take and ten and show you. I need to clean up the seats a little though. They are still pretty dirty, last night while checking out the rear seat, I found a chunk of glass, and I just found a sliver under my ass! I'll take pics when I get home from work if I don't drop dead tired...

I'd like to get some of your p5 parts when your done. As you know the steering wheel but I'd like to get those guages as well (****** overlays). I can't believe I missed you at life. I'm usually there every other week. Hope to see next week.

They were bent before...

Don't know if the Mazda Dealer will be able to change the mileage either. Besides being a technical issue, there are also legal issues with doing so.

I'm at my friends house in clantee, I'll get some pics up later. There's a few of the back seat on another thread in the msp section. I can't copy and paste the link in this phone though...

Ok, I'm home. With my cam in hand. But I'm watching the game. LOL. Next commercial. I promise... Just think of MSP seats, with a hatch behind them. It looks the same...except the steering wheel.

Alright, here we go...

Shot of the front seats from the front of the car...cracked windshield and all...
