P5 > MP3 Fitment

hey guys just a quick one, ive looked around for the answer with no luck

...do the front and sides of a p5 match with the front and sides of a mp3? i wotrk at mazda and have looked around with no luck in documents, part #'s are different but thats coz of model codes

...and how much different is the rear bar fitment?

The front and sides are identical. The rear of the MSP/MP3 is about an Inch longer than the P5.

Depends on what you are talking about. The hood and fenders are the same of course. The MP3 has orange side turn signal lamps whereas the P5 has clear ones (at least in the States). The front bumper is almost the same thing, but the Protege5 bumper has holes on the side for orange sidemarker lamps. They have different headlights too, but they are interchangeable.

I assumed you were talking about body.

Rear sway??? The P5 is about 19mm and the MSP/MP3 is about 21mm thick if I remember. Also the red powdercoating and the "Racing Beat" Logo.

I think people have said the stock p5 rear bar is like 16 or 17. I know it looked puney next to my MSP bar.

sorry guys when i say bar i mean bumpers, not sway bars, sorry for the miss understanding.

down here in aus we dont have side indis on our bars which sucks coz it looks damn tough with it

From the pic in your sig it looks like the car has the protege5 headlights that we get here (in my sig pic).
