I just don't feel the big huge yellow lights
if you want yellow lights, why not just use yellow bulbs with clear lights?

Very nice.... Did you take step by step pics??? Doesnt look that hard.... I will be getting my new bumper in about 1 week.... Ill be doing the exact same thing with yellow lights........

Mad props.........

thank you for our comment, i think clear lights gonna make my car look dull. heheheh
white cars "look dull"
yellow fog lights already ruined the clean look of that car.... it doesn't match! it only does the car justice by having clear fog lights with yellow bulbs!

I'm replacing my stock ones tonight (maybe) with FET Catz SR's... Do I need to remove the bumper? If so, is there a how-to on that?

Answered my own question...

Sweet. Looks like I get to pull out the jack and jack stands again! I have a busy night, going to do that and going to *hopefully* start prep work on cleaning up my 17s.

you don't need to remove the bumper but its a royal PITA
you'd want a 10mm flexhead gear wrench to do this... you'll need to remove the plastic splash guard under the bumper to get to the nuts

That's funny! I did mine without having to remove any other pieces... I guess having skinny arms will really help in a lot of situations.

that has nothing to do with arms ! maybe a baby's arm can reach the back of the fog light, but definitely not anyone can! there's zero room between the bumper and the radiator support!

Removing the stock fogs without taking those splash shields out was very easy, but installing the Fet Catz SRs were damn near impossible without removing those. It was just too hard to line up the bolt to the hole. But really, how hard is it to take out 3 screws on each side and replace them?

So sorry no step by step pics.

Its not so hard when the bumper is on the floor, I have to make simple new bracket to skrew the fog lights.

I'll do the best I can on a step-by-step on the P5. No pics, because I don't bring my DSLR out to the garage when I'm working on the car. Anyway...

1. Raise the car and support with jack stands
2. Remove the splash guard on the underside of the car behind the fogs.
3. Remove the nut holding the fog light in
4. Remove the fog light
5. There is a blue clip holding the wiring harness to the bumper. User pliers to squeeze it and pull it through the back.
6. Unplug fog light from harness
7. Repeat for other side
8. Do whatever you feel is necessary for the fog light harness, either remove it and wire with the aftermarket harness or cut the factory harness and wire the aftermarket connectors to it.
9. Line up the aftermarket fogs into the stock mounts (provided they fit in that mount) and bolt them up
10. connect the harness and test
11. Reinstall splash guards
12. Repeat steps 8-11

Yes, it is true you don't have to remove those splash guards, but seriously, it's just a few philips head screws, it's much easier with the extra room, especially on the passenger side.
