P5 factory Roof Rack

hey all,

i can't remember nor can i find where i put those darn roof rack rail cover things. i really like the rack, but i want to run without it for a while to see if my gas mileage improves. anyway, if anyone is keeping their racks permanently on and will never take them off, let me know and i'll see if i can take them off your hands. i haven't called the dealer yet. if nothing comes from the board, then i'll call them. i hate the dealer in tucson. they're a bunch of turds. fucktarded turds.

Heavy equipment op or tank driver???? When you goin back to the sandbox..... were SUPPOSED to be going on 24Sep.......

i was a brand new owner and had no interest in every using it...its bad enough i had a set of stock wheels and tires, stock exhaust, stock springs, and other stock parts sitting around...im in the army, which means i move normally every two years or sooner, and i dont have the time nor the inclination to **** with that s*** constantly...plus i have almost a full closet of military gear, and was running outta room for my gear...i have three 4ftx2ft duffel bags full of s***, plus a full rucksack full of crap...i still have the mounting brackets though.

When you goin back to the sandbox.....
Hopefully never. One combat tour through hell was plenty for me...its sounds great until people start shooting s*** at you.

Razor, I appreciate your military service, from one American to another Thank You. And thank you as well for the tip on the wax. Unfortunatly I cannot help you out on the rack track covers, I took the crossbars off the day after I bought the car and they now sit in my storage shed. And I know the day after I depart with the crossbars for the rack I would find a need for them.

lol i understand! as for the wax, i was like WTF cause no matter what you end up getting some on there...
