P5 factory Roof Rack

i hope that you can help me on this .
I buy a P5 2003 here in quebec , Canada , but here , there's no factory roof rack like in the us .
first thing , can i put the us factory roof rack on my canadian P5 ?
and do you know someone who can be interesting to sell one ??

well ill say this, i dont have the roof rack itself, because i threw it away, but i DO have the main rails youll need to install the roof rack...if you send me your plastic strips that fit in the slots, ill send you the roof rack mounts...all we need to do is exhange. then you might be able to find someone interested in just giving you their roof rack...hell i woulda if i would have known someone would have wanted it.

If I understand correctly , i need to change my plastic strips to a mounting strips for the roof rack .
if it's the case , I have to keep my strips .
but i will check with my dealer tonight what i can do .

I prefer to have all the pces in one deal .

there are 3 different pieces, the plastic strips that fit in the grooves in your roof, The Base of the roof rack, and the cross bars. You send me your strips, and all you have to do is pay for the shipping, and all those are yours.

They go for about $100US on ebay

Am I the only one who got the roof rack and the plastic strips? BTW, anyone know a good way to get wax off of them. The dealer was kind enough to give me a free detailing a week after I bought the car, but they got wax all over the strips.
