Is that the magnetic one? How much do they run and where did you order it? My MP3 is getting murdered by all the construction in the area. About lost the windshield last week. It now has a chip in it.

I bought it from www.Protege5online.com and yes it's the magnetic one. You can get it white or black. I picked black cause I will get it painted to the color of my car... and when a rock will chip that paint... it will show alot less then all the whire specs I presently have.....
I will post pics of the black on the blue as soon as I get it.

I got my magnetic bra yesterday and put it on. It looks pretty damn good on the blue! Took a little while to mold to the hood (Couple hours in the heat), but it looked really good this morning when I saw it. I'll try and get some pics.
Very good recommendation. I really like it.

I'm thinking of getting one of these before my roadtrip in a month to South Carolina. My concern is with the magnets. Are they going to ever pull paint off of the car when I take the thing off? I imagine they have to be kind of strong to keep the thing on at high speeds. Thanks!

I got mine and it looks sweet... a magnat clings to metal... not to the paint.... but if your paint is more then 2 months old .... then it's fine.

Actually, the magnet isn't all that strong, it's just big. The large surface area is what holds it on so well. Also, it comes with a trim piece to hold down the front lip. Looks pretty nice. I only wish I had done this before my trip to Colorado. Pikes Peak behind a Toyota 4Runner didn't do me any favors.
Seriously wish I had it sooner.
