OPTX Neons by streetglow

me and my bro bought some yesterday. installed everything worked lovely. until i told him to go for a drive and bam he comes back and the fuse blows. i'm thinking its a grounding problem, it works fine if the car doesnt move but if he goes for a drive the fuse blows. anyone got any ideas??

hmmm...i concur with the idea that it is a grounding prob...I am not much help in the electrical dept though, so I have no idea how to fix..
