Open Recall 2014 CX-5

Sent my 2014 CX-5 to dealer for oil change. Was told there was an open recall. It was to do an OS update to fix a bug on the engine temperature indicator. Agent said there was no safety concern.

Did the dealer tell you what an "open recall" meant?

a google got me something like this - open recall means that there are a specific number of vehicles, (which vin numbers will be labeled) that have recalls on parts to be fixed. If your vehicle does not fall under that recall number that means that your vehicle didn't get that specific part.

Anyone aware of a goto TSB site that has them all? On my Infiniti I could alway count on a specific site to have bulletins for all models.

I did add that one to my Google Drive but it seems they are older for the most part. I didn't see any that were released this year. A good reference though.
