online order..possibly going bad

i ordered a fujita intake from TopPSI last friday. i already paid via paypal. and i've tried to contact them 3 times now. with no reply.

has anyone ordered from that store?

my order still shows as pending in my store account, and i just wanted to check the status since when i purchased it i was told "expect 2-5 business days".

i ordered from them recently as well. i paid towards the new gauge pod they have for the defroster vent. no responses to the couple emails so far, ill be cancelling in about a week before it gets too late.

One thing that may have tripped you up. Many online stores that allow you to use PayPal require that you return to the store after making the payment in order for your payment to show up on the store's system. I know that TopPSI has this set-up. So if you did not follow this format that could be why your order still lists as pending.

I have seen others who have had trouble getting in touch with TopPSI, although there are plenty of people on other forums who vouch for them.

For RevLimitLaunch, the deal with the MS6 defrost gauge pod is that the company who is producing them is giving TopPSI the runaround and none have been produced yet. So if you don't want to wait then go ahead and get your money back.

I've ordered my Fujita caI from TopPSI,
but it was a GB....in the other mazda6 forum..
i had no problem contacting him, and recieve
his replies constantly, since i'm in Canada.
and I've received my product in a month.
i was also provided tracking number.

However, he once offered me a free filter,
j/ asked me to pay for shipping, when i ask him
for more detail on shipping cost, and how much in total.
he never replied back, i've asked him about 3 more times,
and still no replies, and i gave up.

And i gave him a positive feedback @ first....(sad2)

hmm..a month huh, no wonder its free shipping lol. well i guess i'll have it by the time my exhaust comes too...sigh

feedback= terrible costumer service, terrible delivery rate, terrible online store to buy from.

just for the record, i finally did receive my order.
and i did hear back from the guy, he emailed me the day that i received my intake. and claimed that i was using the wrong email address lol, but thats the ONLY email posted all over his website, and on his paypal account. so i think he is on drugs, but alas i did get my CAI for just $210..so yay (the price has since been raised to $235 FYI)
still i don't recommend TopPSI to anyone, there are plenty of online stores to buy from that are dedicated to providing great costumer service. buy from those guys, they deserve it.
