One more meet?

We should have another meet before winter comes...

here's the plan

The 25th Schedule...


the 25th it is!!!

1. again around 11:00 meet at MOA (and try to show up on time as NO ONE was on time last time), I will be there. Go to the roof, or the highest level open, of the WEST lot (if you are confused, check both lots)...again that is the WEST lot, as high as you can go, when you see the blue protege, you're there.

2. I'm sure we'll spend about 1/2 hour checking out other peoples stuff and popping hoods, etc. and then we'll cruise to Lynnhurst park.

3. and meet at a park say 12:00 noon, again, this is off 50th St W and between Knox and Girard Ave S. it is West of hwy 35W in south Minneapolis. use the link on this forum, it is very easy to find. (just a few blocks west of Lyndale Ave.)

4. check out everyones ride/eat/play/maybe vote for best car, just have a good time...cruise and go home

If you look in the threads you will find the Chicago/Milwaukee meet was a HUGE success, (the had 30 or so cars!!!) that's why I suggest we go to a park/beach somewhere. I live next to the U in Minneapolis and there is a park right on the river with a big parking lot which would work really well. We should do a cookout or something? Otherwise if you just want to ride, I'm up for that. whatever.

yeh a cookout would be cool and that park sounds like a good place to hold it. I think we can meet up there and just wing it lol. Maybe go cruisin if people want to, otherwise just whatever goes lol...UNLESS you or someone has better ideas...I suck at planning these kinda things

How's that avatar? Anyway, I've got a park across the street from my house, Riverside Park, and parking on the river is UNDER, where Washington Ave crosses the river, if your looking for it on yahoo maps

Riverside Park is zip code 55454 and parking lot is on W River Parkway where the park is right on the river

IMPORTANT...to clarify: I'm talking about 2 different locations, I live on Riverside Park (where you can park on the curb around the park (on the park side of the street only) legally free all day)...or...

about a half mile away is a parking lot right on the river (where you can chill right on the river) the difference is Riverside Park has volleyball courts/basketball courts/a soccar field and picnic benches and barbeque racks...the park on the river has picnic benches.
you can walk to either location easily and quickly so it really doesn't matter where you park your car. So again, these are just Ideas, whatever/whatever I'll be there wherever/whenever, I just think we need to get more MAZDAS intersted!!! get some 3's and 6's in the mix.
