Ok guys I am needing some advise

check this out .. I live in a very nice neighborhood with respectible neighbors and I do my very best to keep good with my neighbors since you know the looks we get with our cars .. they all think we are all the same little punks racing and getting into trouble .. well for me that is not the case .. but last night broke the last straw ... there is a buddy that lives behind me and he is the koolest kid on earth ..really down to earth and he is like 18 i think .. he is really into cars ..he fully restored a 1969 chevy impalla all by himself and loves older cars ..where his friends are all into imports ..and i mean on any given night there is atleast 16-20 imports in his driveway having parties all the time which is kool .i mean i go over there alot and chill drink beers and all .. and this one b**** ass punk named Arant has been pissing me off since day one ..he is one of those rich mommies boy type dick heads .. that has been driving on the road since he was 14 .. I mean when he turned 15 his dad bought him a brand new CBR 900 RR he wrecked it like two months later .. and now he has this Itegra type R that is all suped up it is the loudest car ive seen in a while ..well i have warned him that the next time he comes racing in my neighbor hood at night I would **** him up .. since my littel girl was woken up twice from him racing around and she is only 8 months old and my wife and I work from 5:00am -2 pm so when i went home that asshole fired it up and smoked his tires all the way down the road .. well the dumb ass came back like an hour later so i went over there and ripped out all 4 of his valve stems off of his tires .. so like 10 mins later i hear his car fire up and go tearing out of the neighbor hood then i heard a really loud screach ..well this morning when i left for work i looked in my neighbors house and the integra was demolished .. i mean every body pannel was crushed the bumper and tail lights the exshaust was hanging off it was trashed .. do you think it was a lesson well learned or a bad thing to do

bad thing to do. i would have called the cops and told them there was a party going on and you saw thay guy drinking then got into his car to leave. give the cops his plate number and let them deal with it.

i don't belive in any kind of valdalizing, even it it seems warranted at the time.

that sounds like a bad thing to do...in fact I think it's more of a coward act to me...If you have a problem with him...talk to him and explain your situation about him wakeing up your daughter and stuff...or call the cops on him when ever he's burning his rubber down your street...sorry man but I just think that it's a punk thing to do to mess with another mans ride...Imagine this...what if he would've removed your valve stems and that was your car with you,wife,& daughter inside that got demolished...doesn't sound sound like a lesson learned now does it?....sorry just my opinion

well your right .. but these kids have been smoking pot for years and one night i went over ther and there were two cops smoking pot with them ..also i am very good freinds with the owner and his son which I dont want to get them in touble ..they dont even know I did it the owner was not there and so i bet you that is why he was racing around like that ... i could tell he was not injured since he was walking around the back yard talking on his cell phone right after it happened .. and i mean i feel bad but it was either i disable his ability to race down the road or i flat out beat the s*** out of him and i dont knwo if he is 18 yet or not ..so i would most likely face charges for assault on a minor ...

I think it was a lesson well learned, though if he's a punk with rich parents, I doubt he'll learn anything from this.
You told him he was being a asshole by coming around & making all that noise, if he was a stand up guy, that would have been the end of it......

It is sad to say this but the cops would have done nothing at all. Trust me, I have called them several times about my car being vandalized and such and they haven't even done any type of investigation. Matters such as these must be taken into your own hands at YOUR OWN RISK. At your own risk means that you need to protect your family at any means and KEEP WHATEVER YOU DO TO YOURSELF. That is my opinion. Therefore you should DELETE THIS POST before someone reads it and gets pissed at you and calls your local police station and reports you. And yes it has happened on this forum before, don't think it won't happen to you. I won't do it because I don't blame you for what you did, but someone might.

well one thing i do remember .. is that when he took his friends to Fl on a weekend trip he was busted at a gas station pumping gas and smoking a joint .. and sure enough ..he called mommy and daddy who then bailed him out and paid to get his car from the impound .. they also hired a lawyer and got him out of the charges ..... as far as endangering my entire neibor hood .. i am the last house on the street aside from a library so he would not have hurt anyone but him self .. also I only told him i would beat him not his car .. and I have never done something like this at least not for years .. hehe .. i know this is not a laughing matter but this is one of those situation that i could tell this kid uintill im blue in the face .. in the worst way or nicest way and he'd just pick up his bong and say yeah what ever so i feel that he would have noticed his tires being flat after about 10-20 feet but since he was stoned and or drunk i guess he just missed that part

news update

well I called my neighbor and come to find out .. when he left and raced out of the drive way .. he was broad sided by a truck adn the driver was of the truck was drunk .. so when they both got out of there cars and they both could tell that they were both drunk they choose to not call the cops since they both were drunk and they would square it away toghter by them selves >>> LOL he did not even knwo his tire was flat untill he got back home .. and he thinks it was cause of the accident i asked what happen to the car and he siad well it got a flat tire and messed up the rear .. thats it ... .lol well i just dont know what to say

Well, as mostly everyone else has said, taking the law into your own hands is a great way to get yourself in trouble. Although I'm not as familiar with sound likes and the like as it relates to cars, I do know how annoying loud cars can be (my roommate has an Escort GT with a loud, loud, LOUD muffler, and he constantly leaves and comes home and parks his car directly under my bedroom between 11pm - 3 am nearly every day).

Probably the best thing to do would be to record (as in, write down times/dates/locations/what is going on) instances of him being loud, wreckless, etc with his car, and keep calling the police. I don't think I'd call 911, but rather the non-emergency number. Build up a file on him and see what happens. At the very least, maybe mommy and daddy will get sick of having to pay a lawyer every week.

i mean even though I hate the kid I would not intentioinaly do some thing to harm him other then if we got it a brawl which is last resort .. but I mean my wife takes my daughter for walks on that road that has no side walks .. and yes I know it is getting cold adn he did it at 11:00 when she is not there but it is still princapal of it .. so yeah she would not have been on that road that late but i do still see my neighbors jogging every night up and down the road also there is a school there as well so .. im glad that he didnt get hurt .. but i cant say i would not do it any other way had it been the opposite .. to those who view it as wrong .. i respect your opinion truly .. thts why i posted this .. i also do knwo that if anything had every threatened my daughter in any way or some thing some one did out her in danger .. there would be no question .. that persons life would end that night and they would be bug food i feela ny father that loves there children would do nothing differant when the law enforcement fails thanks for teh help on this guys(2thumbs)
