oil temp and pressure

I was looking for some advice on what the oil pressure and temp should be at in our cars. MY temp is about 180 at normal driving conditions. My pressure starts off high and after driving settles down to 20 at idle and 60-90 at driving conditions

What do you think? What should they be at before really driving the car hard?

can someone tell me how exacly mount the oil temp and pressure by the mazdaspeed 3?

I would've thought the temp would be higher (once it's warmed up fully). My 300 and the Ram t-stats open at 203. As for running it hard, that probably depends a lot on ambient temperature. It would take longer to warm the tranny to a safe temp from very cold temps.

I never lean on mine at all when it's still cold. I don't summon the horses until the gauge is at "normal". My commute is so short, I doubt if the tranny gets fully warmed-up at all on these chilly mornings.

Those Oil Pressure readings are fine and the same as mine. When I start the car (cold) they are around 90psi. When warm and driving around 45PSI. I believe 25PSI stopped but have not checked that in a while.
