Cougar, are you running full VTA w/ MAF in stock location ? No stalling or richy rich ?
i was for a while, i now have relocated my MAF... before i was running the anti-stall vale kit on the synchronic BOV since its design has the valve open under vacuum. when i first installed the turbo it would stumble on shifts unless i was going balls out. after about 100 miles it got a lot better and would only stumble/stall if the BOV vented when i let off the gas completely and hit the clutch at the same time or was in neutral... same thing when i got the MSP ECU, took a bit to learn to adjust but it got better, not as good as the NA ECU did tho.
it runs 100 times better now that i relocated my MAF, the pig rich problem i was having around -10inHg anywhere above 3krpms dissapeared, which im blaming on my BOV since like i said the valve is open under vacuum, and a turbo will start making boost around 15-10inHg, so the MAF was seeing all that air but it was leaking through the BOV. and since i was able to remove the anti-stall valve my throttle response is awesome now.
