I have nearly 5000 miles on my 2019 and want to change the oil soon. But I can't tell which oil filter to purchase. When I look on ebay the Mazda OEM filters are 1WPE14302 (Thailand) and PE01-14-301A-MV (Mexico). But when I plug in my model, it says does not fit. Does this filter also work in my 2019? Is the does not fit because the program for the filters has not been updated to the 2019s? Any help would be apprenticed.

strange indeed. Even most of the dealers web catalogs that I check dont show the oil filter.I wonder if they are not updated yet for the 2019 parts.
Those are the two filters for 2.5NA previous years.
May be call a dealer parts dept and confirm?
and do not forget the oil plug gasket if changing on your own.

Should fit the 2.5 NA, no problem. Either model will work, but the Mexico made filter is the value line. I'd opt for the Thailand filter.
I think the value line is PE01-14-302A-MV. Not 301A.
