Oil change/maintenance log

Other then setting up a binder and printing up log sheets, do they make a log book that I can just buy and keep in the glovebox? I'm probably going to do my own oil changes, filters, plugs, brakes, things like that and I want a book to prove if a warranty issues comes up.
I know there are numerous apps, but I want something on paper so I can staple receipts to.

should be a smallish Warranty Info booklet (1/2 page sized) with the vehicle, with log pages in it based on scheduled maintenance
not really made for receipts, regular sized (8.5x11) invoices etc though, more jotted entries and notes

we're keeping glovebox copies in a full sized envelope, originals at home
