according to forum rules, you need to post a picture of the wheels that has a hand-written sign that has 1)your username 2)mzspd3.com and 3) todays date

make sure that all 4 wheels are visible in the pic with the sign. I will close this thread until you have the proper pics. When you have the pic, PM me or one of the other mods and we will open it up again. thanks for obliging!

DId you know that you can stick 245/40/18 s on that stock rim and it doesn`t rub, because i tested it at my tire guy.It looks awsome. The tire protrudes a bit but i don`t think that affects performance, but it would help prevent wheels getting damaged.

Isn't the stock MS3 rim only 18 x 7, maybe 7.5? I would think a 245 on it would give you issues. Do you have any pics of the 245 on the rim? Thanks

300 for the 4 tires

did you mean 215 45-18?

Are these mounted with the O2 sensors in them?

$600 shipped

I would also love to see pics of the tread on the tire please since they should look new for only 88 miles.

im assuming you mean tpms sensors... if there are o2 sensors in the tires, i know a lot less about cars than i thought

(shocked) (shocked) (shocked) (shocked)

just curiors how does O2 sensor work in the tires...

Yes its a TPMS sensor I just was lazy and called it an O2 sensor. It just measures PSI and tells you when the pressure is low.

No i didn`t have my new phone, this was 2 days ago,it fitted fine but it side wall stuck out a little like a SUV tire it wasn`t even with the wheel if you know what i mean.THe wheel is a 18/7,but i`m the only one who has experimented and did it.You see you are better off keeping stovk rims withour altering the dynamics of the suspension and alot of dolars saved in your pocket from 4 new rims. The ultimate grip and track enhancement with the least amount of investment keeping stock suspension and ride.I might put 245 ,but a 7.5" would be healthier if you catch my drift.I see it doesn`t rub but i don`t know the consequences with a 7.5" 48mm offset since the factory is an astounding 52.5mmI suspect a 5mm decrease in offset won`t hurt, but an increase in 0.5" from 7-7.5 wheel =12.57mm which gives us a deficit of 6.25mm on either side. Its kind of confusing.

What i like to know does the tire have to be exactly even with the wheel or can it be a few mm protruding or out.

Well with more tire outside the wheel it will tend to roll more. I know in my RC hobby when I tried wider tires they sucked at the track and rolled on to the rim alot through the turns.

Its no different with 1/1 cars so I bet performance will be hurt in the corners with a tire as wide as 245 on a stock meant for a 215/225 tire.

Well I wanted to take on this deal but its not that he bought a new set of tires/wheels already he is trying to sell these so he can buy the others which is sort of like selling somthing you dont have in my opinion.

Let me know what happens because I will still offer you a bit higher for the full set but you realize all this is considered used and you wont get no $1500 which I think you realize is a bit over the top.

Of course their used. Heavily for that matter. I mean theres <200 miles on them now. (boom02) Seriously though, I've got the "wife aggro" thing going on to SELL these first B4 she signs off on the new rims/tires. Thanks all for your interst. Have a great night.

Well good luck man I think we would all love to sell something before we buy something else, lol.
