Occasional rough idle issue?

I have a 2006 GT Wagon, 3 liter. It has about 226k KM on it (140k Miles) on the engine. Most of the time it runs mics and smooth, but every once in a while, especially when I'm stopped at a light, it shutters and runs rough for a second. It may do this once or several times at a traffic light. I can sometimes feel it when I'm driving, but only after it has idled poorly when stopped. Any ideas? Electrical? Fuel related?

sounds like a fuel injector or ignition coil issue. might just need new spark plugs. another likely culprit is a dirty MAF sensor or IAC valve needs cleaning. could be other reasons for it though.
