not starting?????

i have an '86 rx-7 non-turbo that wont start....i have heard that the motor has a "built in kill switch" that if u shut off the motor when it is not warm it will need to be "re-primed" by squirting oil into the the spark plugs...can anyone tell me if this is an accurate statement or is sumone jerking me around

Have you confirmed the presense of fuel and/or spark? Was the car parked for a long period of time?
