almost all salesmen are assholes unless they smell cash on you... and if your young theyll completely ignore you unless you pull up in daddys bimmer

sorry but i cant help you with the search but im positive that even if they dont have any msp's they can have one shipped over from just about anywhere
Haven't had any problems of that sort.

It's all about appearance and attitude. I turn 23 in two weeks...and I look 17-18. Yet I was able to (a) get helped by salespeople (b) take solo test drives (c) quickly work up #'s at every dealer I went to. That included luxury brands (BMW 3 series, Inifiniti G35, Acura TSX, Audi A4, etc) as well as high performance (EVO).

Granted, I dressed up when going to the dealers...at minimum I wore khakis and a button down shirt. My story at each dealer (twas true anyways) was 'I just graduated from college, and I'm looking to reward myself for 4 years of hard work.'

Obviously he does b/c he wants to get that one. (dunno) It's a good thing to know how much that dealer paid for it b/c that is the figure they'll probably shoot for. Of course new would be nice.

Damn man, take it easy.

if he buys a used msp for 24K then he's a fool... it seems to me like he's not so thats why im giving him advice, ive been around this game alot longer and have a few things to add

i hope the dealer loses 5K on the sale of that msp... theyre all dicks, as long as you have your money in your pocket your the boss, so keep it there until you get everything you want IN WRITING! and i mean EVERYTHING

well it is yellow, and it is the 2003.5, with 7888km on it

and i am from british columbia canada, coquitlam biaaaaaaaaaaatch heheheh

but yeah, you really think i can get them down to 22k on that car???

it is at the nissan dealership.. some guy traded it in for an suv (dumb ass)

hmmm... thoughts? (band2) (dunno)
He's not a dumbass, he had to get an SUV because he enjoyed going up to the mountains, etc. As you will find out, if you already have not read about it, the MSP does not handle to well in snow unless you buy new tires. So he is being practical not being a dumbass.

Matt

Yeah I hate SUV's, and would never get one because I have absolutely no need for it. But when someone buys an SUV and actually uses it as it's intended...I'm all for it. I love seeing an SUV on the road absolutely covered in mud...it tells me that the owner actually goes off road with it.

mine was 27 something brand new. there should be no fees for shipping... I just got the dealer to find me a titanium MSP, they found one, and shipped it in. I also am not the biggest fan of the SUV. I highly doubt someone is taking their major expensive mercedes SUV up to the bush to mud bog. such a waste of money and gasoline.

Excellent, so question

if there is say a new deal for mazda protege speed 2003.5 in toronto i would pay the same price here in vancouver?

Also, think i can talk them down in price at all? thanks!

first of all what price are they listing them for/told you? also are you paying cash or financing?

They are listing it for 26000 0% financing, and i was talking with him about transportation fees, and he was like, it could cost a couple hundred bucks to get it in.

And i be like, woh, i was under the impression that you guys pay to bring it in...

and keep in mind this is in canadian, think i can bring them down in price at all????

Thanks!!!!!

tell them 24K flat and you sign today... if they say no then just leave

24k eh?

yeah that would be cool

also i got a trade in and wouldn't mind to put like $1000 down to reduce payments

hmmmm
