No power p2177 p2188 need help PLZ

I'm new here and couldn't find what I was looking for so anyone that can help that would be great. I have a 07 cx7 2.3. Has a p2177 and 2188. Starts great and runs fine as long is you don't step on it hard. Even when I do it's not missing or anything just has no power like I'm not getting boost but I am. New parts are maf, up and down stream o2. I've also cleaned the egr and map sensor. I got this car for my wife and I just can't seem to find out what's going on. Really need help. Thank you

Could be dirty air filter, dirty fuel filter, bad purge valve, bad fuel pump, bad fuel injectors, spark plugs and a few other things I can't think of at the moment...

Tested the part it's fi tested the purge valve and it's fine. New plugs, the 07 cx7 don't have a fuel filter. And there's no miss. Just has no power. Also seems to get more power when I hit 30mph. This is why I'm lost

i checked into it and I'm only getting 50 to 70 psi at the rail. but i put in a used and and still the same. i have no clue what to do
